Frequently asked questions
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to find a new date that works for both of us.
For cancellations, please note that the booking fee is non-refundable, as it reserves your session date and time on my calendar. If you need to cancel your session, the booking fee will not be refunded.
If severe weather or an unexpected emergency affects your session, we'll work together to reschedule for the next available date whenever possible.
Do you travel outside of Idaho Falls for sessions?
Yes! I’m happy to travel outside of Idaho Falls for sessions and love the opportunity to photograph in new locations. I also occasionally travel back to Alaska and may be available for sessions there during select times of the year.
If your location requires additional travel, a travel fee may be added to your invoice. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I print my photos anywhere?
Yes! Your gallery includes high-resolution digital images with personal printing rights, so you're welcome to print your photos at the printing service of your choice.
For added convenience, I also offer the option to order prints, cards, and other photo products directly through your online gallery. You can place your order from your phone or computer, and your items will be shipped directly to you.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
I know you're excited to see your images! As a complimentary thank-you, I typically send 5 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your session so you can enjoy and share a few favorites while your full gallery is being edited.
Most sessions are delivered within 1–2 weeks. For longer sessions lasting 2 hours or more, your gallery may take up to 3 weeks to ensure each image is carefully edited and beautifully finished.
I always strive to deliver your gallery as quickly as possible while giving each image the time and attention it deserves.
